Pay: AU$110,000–$125,000 base + superannuation + performance bonus (upsell and delivery outcomes)

Own the outcome: You take over at “sale closed” and lead each build to a smooth handover - on time, right‑first‑time.

Lead a capable team: Build coordinators, the workshop scheduler, and the check‑in/handover coordinator report to you.

Make the customer’s day: You keep customers informed, manage scope changes thoughtfully, and grow value with relevant add‑ons.

What You Will Own

Daily 8:00am build review you chair with the workshop manager, build coordinators, check‑in/handover coordinator, suspension and diagnostics lead, warehouse, and quality and training manager - status by vehicle, decisions made, blockers cleared.

Scheduling and capacity planning in WorkGuru (the system of record) across near‑term and long‑term horizons; maintain a stable, conflict‑free plan customers can rely on.

Customer communication from welcome call and check‑ins through to handover; clear expectations on dates, inclusions, and any approved changes.

Scope control and change decisions—surface risks early; document effect on time and price; keep data aligned in the system.

Third‑party bookings (for example, wheel alignment, windscreens, or calibrations) coordinated to protect critical path.

Handover quality—final inspection complete, paperwork tidy, customer trained on what was installed, follow‑up call booked.

Upsell program—helpful add‑ons that genuinely improve the build; own quarterly revenue and margin targets (tracked by build).

What Success Looks Like (first 6–12 months)

On‑time delivery ≥ 95% and right‑first‑time handovers.

Schedule stability improves (fewer short‑notice changes; clear freeze windows before vehicle intake).

Customer satisfaction lifts (post‑handover survey; fewer follow‑up fixes).
Upsell contribution: consistent, ethical attach of high‑value accessories per build (measured as revenue and gross margin).

Data discipline: dates, scope and invoices match what was delivered; no “shadow spreadsheets”.

What You Bring

You have managed end‑to‑end delivery in an automotive, fit‑out, or fabrication environment where customers hand you the keys and trust you with the result.

Proven command of scheduling and customer updates; you translate workshop reality into reliable dates.

Calm, direct communication; you make decisions, explain trade‑offs, and move the day forward.

Competence with a production or job‑management system (WorkGuru or similar).

A values match: safety, quality, and respect for the customer’s vehicle come first.
