About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent role based four days a week out of their inner-city office and one day from home.

Key responsibilities:

The Senior Accounts Officer (AP & AR) is a key member of the Finance team, overseeing Accounts Payable while providing guidance to the AP Officer and ensuring supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payment runs are accurate and timely. They take full ownership of Accounts Receivable, managing customer invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and overdue accounts, while producing AR ageing reports for management. The role also supports month-end close activities and liaises with teams across Planning, Production, Marketing, and Design to ensure smooth financial operations. Strong customer communication, accuracy, and a focus on process improvement are essential to success in this role.

About You

You’re a detail-oriented finance professional with strong AP and AR experience, excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers. They bring a proactive, problem-solving approach, are comfortable supervising or supporting junior staff, and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Qualified with formal training in business, finance, or accounting, they have solid knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and accounting principles including GL coding and reconciliations.
