About the Role

As Store Manager at Chadstone - one of Australia's most iconic retail destinations - you will play a pivotal role in shaping the in-store experience and leading a passionate, performance-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

Inspire, lead and mentor your team to exceed sales and service targets

Oversee all store operations including stock management, VM, and reporting

Maintain operational excellence and compliance across all areas of the store

About You

Proven success as a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Manager in fashion or lifestyle retail

Commercially savvy with a strong focus on people and performance

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences

High attention to detail and an organised approach to store operations

A natural leader who can build and sustain an engaged, high-performing team
