About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to take charge of the David Jones Chadstone location - one of the busiest and most high-profile concessions in the network. This is a store with momentum, boasting a youthful, energetic team and significant opportunity for sales growth. With an Assistant Store Manager recently promoted, three experienced full-timers, and a solid casual base, you'll inherit a team ready to be led, developed, and nurtured.

Following a recent restructure, this role is now a clear priority for the business. You'll be stepping into a high-volume environment with big rewards - the perfect opportunity for a confident leader who thrives on pace, team engagement, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop a youthful team

Maximise sales performance and drive KPIs in a high-traffic store

Deliver premium service through strong clientelling and relationship building

Manage store operations including rostering, stock, and merchandising

Create a culture of energy, teamwork, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

A proven retail leader with experience in premium or luxury environments (brands like Hugo Boss, Peter Jackson, or similar have translated well)

Strong clientelling skills, with a professional yet warm and engaging personality (think air-hostess level service)

Ability to hit the ground running in a busy, high-volume environment

A hands-on leader who thrives on developing diverse, youthful teams

Commercially focused, hardworking, and ready to make an impact
