About the Role

As our Marketing Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting localised marketing campaigns and communication programs that drive patient engagement and promote healthcare services. Working closely with operational leaders, national marketing, and Centre of Excellence teams, you’ll help bring our brand to life across digital platforms, in-centre experiences, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital content and marketing collateral for Victorian centres and healthcare practitioners
• Analyse and improve Google Reviews performance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored campaigns
• Monitor and update websites for Medical Centres and Urgent Care
• Assist in developing merchandise and collateral for campaigns
• Contribute to launches, workshops, and presentations
• Support centres with patient check-ins and concierge-style service
• Provide general administrative support including calls, mail, and file management
• Promote WHS compliance and reporting across centres

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Marketing
• Experience in marketing, customer service, or administration
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for improving patient experiences
