Rold and responsibilities :

Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will have practical experience in developing and executing multiple marketing campaigns with a focus on digital marketing

Oversee all aspects of our customers digital interaction with us.

Analyse and identify areas of improvement with Maita’s current digital traffic channels to improve website traffic.

Utilize performance and research tools to develop and execute Digital & Social strategies to drive customer traffic and acquisition while achieving efficiency KPIs and performance targets.

Generate results reports which focus on key metrics such as conversion, optimisation and KPI performance.

Review organic rank for Maita's key products within the competitive landscape.

Understand Google Ad Words to suggest paid search strategies while optimizing under a monthly budget, for both Brand and product awareness

Oversee the general health of Maita’s website and social media platform and resolve identified errors or needed recommendations to improve organic rank.

Provide reporting for trend data against goals and targeted KPI’s.

Understand how the various digital marketing channels work in concert to better optimize across all channels.

Manage third parties providing digital marketing support services.

Advising Senior Management and Executives on marketing strategies that are enhanced through the application of digital media and advertising platforms.

Coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialized activities, including OOH, Radio, Print with Digital Media platforms.
