About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced team at Holistic Care Buddy. In this full-time role based in Clyde North, VIC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print

Creating compelling content such as blog posts, social media posts, and marketing materials

Analysing marketing data and performance metrics to optimise campaigns and drive continuous improvement

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth

Providing regular progress reports and insights to the management team

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing or communications role

Bachelors in Marketing or any related degree

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders

Strong creative and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making

Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, content management systems, and analytics tools

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative

Passion for the healthcare and wellness industry, with a deep understanding of the target audience and market trends
