Our client, a reputable construction business, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team in a varied, all rounder capacity.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, provides essential support to ensure that the branch operates efficiently and smoothly. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including managing invoicing, data entry, product management, and stock oversight.
By focusing on accounts payable tasks, production data entry, product code creation, and inventory management processes, the Operations Administrator helps to maintain streamlined workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness across the branch.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to possess the following:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales support, customer service-based, or general business administration-based role.
- Experience working in the building and construction industry is advantageous
- Competency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong time managament and organisation skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to commence immediately
