Your New Role
**Full-time role. Monday - Friday**
As a Customer Service & Administration Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Based in our Bomaderry office, you'll manage a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, including:
- Providing exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Managing enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Greeting customers and collecting accurate information using provided templates
- Establishing and maintaining jobs in our project management systems
- Assisting with procurement, including raising purchase orders, goods receipting, and inventory management
- Coordinating customer and subcontractor applications, agreements, and compliance documentation
- Processing customer payments (cash and EFTPOS) and raising accurate invoices
- Supporting team members across multiple sites and providing general administrative assistance
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, customer service, or operational support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with job management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sound computer literacy
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial processing
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
Desirable: Experience with systems such as SAP, SBO, WorkBuddy, and SharePoint.
