Our client is in the healthcare sector who is seeking a temp for 5 weeks. Located in Wahroonga you will be assisting in their Engineering department with duties including:
- Handling phones & emails enquiries
- Meeting & greeting contractors
- Data entry
- Coding invoices
- Following up on contractors to ensure tasks are completed
- Scanning
- General office admin tasks
To be successful for this role you will have prior office experience, competent computer skills and have strong communication skills.
The assignment is to commence immediately from Monday 13th October for 5 weeks. The standard hours are Mondays to Fridays 8.00am to 4.00pm and the hourly rate is $35 per hour + Super.
