About the Role
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support the delivery of strategic and operational marketing activities. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse campaigns, social media platforms, loyalty initiatives, and in-venue promotions while ensuring brand consistency and meaningful connections with our members.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, promotions, and events across all venues.
Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
Draft and distribute member communications (SMS, email, app, and print).
Support the production of marketing materials and liaise with designers, suppliers, and media partners.
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and member touchpoints.
Assist with campaign analysis, reporting, and market research.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activities.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (hospitality or entertainment experience desirable).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
Creativity and initiative to identify marketing opportunities that align with Doxa’s strategic direction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
