Your responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns & Projects

• Support the delivery of digital and offline campaigns in line with the annual marketing plan
• Liaise with the UK marketing team and internal sales teams to localise and tailor content
• Coordinate trade events, internal events and marketing collateral for launches or campaigns

Content, Socials & Digital

• Plan, write, schedule and track social media content (LinkedIn focus)
• Create eDMs and landing pages using Marketo and Kentico (training provided)
• Update the website and track engagement across platforms

Market Analysis & Reporting

• Review campaign data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights
• Conduct competitor and market research to guide strategy
• Maintain accurate records and report on lead generation performance

Day-to-Day Coordination

• Use tools like Monday.com and Hootsuite to manage workflows
• Organise, pack and send out samples and manage sample-related leads in the CRM
• Collaborate with the internal and UK-based team to deliver consistent brand messaging

You are...

• 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
• Relevant degree or qualification in marketing, comms or a related field (TAFE or Uni)
• Hands-on skills in content writing, scheduling and social media management
• Familiarity with platforms such as Canva, Marketo, Hootsuite, Creatio or similar
• Strong attention to detail and great time management skills
• A positive, proactive and collaborative mindset
• Someone who thrives in a team environment and isn’t afraid to pitch in
