Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and supporting the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing strategies to effectively promote the company’s goods and services. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and analyse market trends to support business growth.

· Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across various channels.

· Advise on pricing strategies and promotional activities.

· Manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

· Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field (minimum).

· At least 2 years of proven experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.

· Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills.

· Experience in both digital and traditional marketing methods will be highly regarded.

Remuneration
This role offers a salary package between AUD $75,000 – $80,000 + Super, in line with Australian Government guidelines.
