With projects ranging from bespoke architect-designed homes to multi-storey commercial fit-outs, our workload is booming – and we’re on the lookout for an Estimator who’s keen to take the next step in their career.

Whether you’re already confident in your estimating skills, or you’ve got solid experience and are ready to push towards a Senior Estimator role, this is your chance to join a supportive team that values progression, variety, and balance.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing accurate estimates across residential and commercial carpentry projects

Pricing everything from 1st fix framing, roofing, decking and cladding through to 2nd fix works like doors, skirting and architraves

Liaising with builders, suppliers and site teams to ensure quotes are achievable and realistic

Using estimating/job management software (Buildxact & Buildertrend – experience highly regarded)

Keeping across industry trends and materials to keep your numbers sharp

About You

Estimating experience in construction (ideally with carpentry background) – you’re not brand new, but you don’t need to be senior yet

Comfortable breaking down scopes, quantities and project details

Detail-focused, organised and clear in your communication

Able to juggle multiple quotes without losing accuracy

Familiar with estimating software (Buildxact / Buildertrend a plus, but not essential)
