ESTIMATOR

We are seeking an Estimator who is interested in working for a highly respected commercial construction company, operating nationwide for over 20 years. You will have the opportunity to estimate for a wide range of projects up to $50m in value, across multi-residential, high-rise, education, healthcare, retail and government.

About the role:

The role involves preparing accurate tenders and cost plan budgets across a diverse portfolio of commercial sconstruction projects. Commercial construction experience for this position.

You'll be responsible for takeoffs, pricing, and tender submissions in a dynamic environment, while evaluating risk and contributing to margin decisions. You'll also attend site visits and briefings to gather insights that support precise and competitive estimates.

As part of the wider team, you'll work closely with preconstruction, construction, and commercial colleagues, taking ownership of estimating responsibilities and making a valuable contribution to the success of our bids.

About you:

• QS/Construction Management background with 1+ years of commercial construction experience is essential.
• Career driven with the desire to expand your skillset, knowledge and career.
• Great attitude and eagerness to learn and comfortable working autonomously.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and processes.
• Well versed with software (Cubit / BuildSoft).
• Full working rights within Australia are essential.
