Your Role

As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects. Your expertise will guide decision-making and ensure the financial success of our projects. Key Responsibilities

Analyse project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure accurate scoping and budgeting.

Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

Prepare tender submissions and present cost breakdowns to stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, material costs, and labor rates to maintain up-to-date pricing.

Mentor and support junior estimators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

About You

Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

A degree or diploma in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field is preferred.
