We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpentry / Leading Hand Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for an experienced carpenter looking to step up into site supervision while still being involved in the tools.

About the Role

As a Leading Hand Supervisor, you will:

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities.

Lead a small team of carpenters and subcontractors to deliver quality outcomes.

Carry out carpentry tasks and ensure all works meet project standards.

Work closely with the Site Manager / Project Manager to keep schedules on track.

Maintain site safety, quality control, and efficient workflows.

Act as the go-to person for problem-solving and guiding the crew.

About You

Qualified carpenter with proven experience on construction projects.

Previous experience as a leading hand, foreman, or similar supervisory role is highly regarded.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.

Reliable, proactive, and able to motivate a team.

Current White Card (essential).
