About the Role
We’re looking for Skilled Civil Leading Hand's & Lead Labourers' to support Tier 1, 2 and 3 contractors & sub-contractors across Brisbane on a casual & full-time contracts with the chance of Full-Time after a successful trial period. You’ll help manage daily site set-up and clean up, machine operation, pipelayers, concreters, steel-fixers & asphalt crews on sub-divisions, roads & TMR projects, ensuring safety is your priority at all times.

Job Details

• Pay: $45-55p/h + penalties + travel & meal allowances (Casual)
• Pay: $40-50p/h + penalties + super + potential vehicle (Full Time)
• Shifts: Day shifts starting at 6:30 - 8–12 hours daily
• Projects: Sub-divisions, road works, TMR
• Locations: North & South Brisbane - Various positions available

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Civil Leading Hand or Lead Labourer across sub-divisions AND/OR roads
• Knowledge of different project stages - dirt to civils
• White Card (RII tickets preferred but not essential)
• Physical fitness & ability to perform manual work
• Reliability & punctuality – Willing to work Mon-Fi MINIMUM
• Commitment to healthy & safety standards
