CTR Constructions Pty Ltd is a growing residential carpentry company specialising in new home builds, renowned for quality workmanship, reliability, and a great team culture. We’re currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join our crew and take a hands-on role in managing day-to-day site operations across our residential projects.

Your Role:

Lead and coordinate on-site carpentry and construction activities

Supervise and mentor apprentices and tradespeople

Ensure quality standards and site safety are maintained

Read and interpret plans accurately

Liaise with supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry)

Strong residential experience (frames, fix-outs, lockups etc.)

Leadership and communication skills

Eye for detail and pride in workmanship

Current driver’s licence
