About the role

AAG Mechanical Repairs Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Dubbo, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a variety of heavy machinery and equipment.

What you'll be doing

Inspecting, diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related components on earthmoving equipment and mobile crushers

Carrying out scheduled maintenance on a range of diesel-powered equipment

Troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues

Completing detailed work orders and documentation

Ensuring all work is performed to the highest safety and quality standards

Providing excellent customer service to our clients

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Diesel Mechanics or a related automotive trade

Extensive experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably in the earthmoving industry

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Good communication and customer service skills

A valid Driver's Licence
