You’ll be servicing modern diesel fire pump systems in commercial buildings — no mud, no dust, no heavy earthmoving gear — just clean, professional work with clients who respect what you do.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Servicing & commissioning diesel fire pumps and controllers
• Diagnostics, repairs & rebuilds (mechanical & electrical)
• Testing hydrant and sprinkler systems to AS 1851 standards
• Keeping clean, accurate compliance reports with Uptick
• Liaising with building managers & facility operators — no grease, no grime
• Occasional on-call work (with generous penalties)

🎓 What You’ll Bring

✔️ Trade qualification (Diesel or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, or similar)
✔️ Strong diagnostics and repair skills with diesel engines/pumps
✔️ Knowledge of AS 1851 & AS 2419.1 highly regarded
✔️ Good communication and client-facing skills
✔️ Valid Australian driver’s licence, safety-first attitude
Bonus Points: Fire protection certification, safety tickets, or emissions training — but not essential.
