What You'll Do:

Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and a high-energy atmosphere

Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently

Coach, mentor and upskill staff to bring out their best performance

Manage budgets, rostering and operational costs with precision

Maintain high standards across all areas of the venue

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years' experience in high-paced, high-volume hospitality

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on people and customer experience

Proven ability to manage financial performance and operational processes

Current RSA. TAB Experience highly advantageous

Thrive in a busy, energetic and hands-on environment
