We’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Venue Manager to join our team at one of Melbourne’s busiest cocktail bars, right in the heart of the CBD. Our venue combines a buzzing restaurant, premium cocktails, and live RNB music on Friday's & promoter-led events every weekend.

What we’re looking for:

Strong hospitality management background across both cocktail bars and restaurants

Proven experience in leading, training, and motivating a team (floor & bar staff)

Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and drive upselling opportunities

Creative flair to bring new menu ideas and elevate the guest experience

Organised and proactive in handling function enquiries and bookings

Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills
