About You:
-Experience in Middle Eastern Cuisine.
-Passionate about making delicious and innovative dishes.
-Commercial cooking qualifications.
-Creative flair and ability to think outside the box in menu development;
-Quality Assurance experience.
-A passion for fresh produce, seasonal menus, refined presentation and diligent plating concepts.
-A desire and ability to mentor and develop a driven and professional kitchen team, creating a great working culture.
-Ability to work autonomously and take ownership and responsibility for driving the dining experience.
-Rostering and scheduling experience; Experience with Deputy Platform preferred but not mandatory.
-Stock control, ordering, recipe and COGS management experience.
