BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER | PRESTON

We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a busy, growth-focused office in Preston. You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and working closely with your dedicated assistant to maximise success. With a supportive environment and clear targets, you’ll have the tools to thrive.

THE ROLE:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities and leads
• Conduct client consultations and prepare presentations or proposals
• Track and manage growth targets and business development KPIs
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up in PME
• Collaborate with your assistant to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Work closely with the department head to develop strategies for growth

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience in business development or real estate
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder
• Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
• Comfortable using PME and managing your own workflow
• Driver’s licence required
