🔍 About the Role:

As our new Shipping and Production Support, you'll play a key role in preparing finished goods for shipment, coordinating logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from packaging to dispatch. You’ll also operate machinery and support production as needed.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare goods for dispatch, including labelling & documentation

Load/unload delivery trucks (pallet jacks, forklifts)

Verify outgoing shipments and resolve any discrepancies

Liaise with warehouse/logistics teams to meet dispatch timelines

Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory logs

Operate machinery and package products to specification

Keep work areas clean and organised

Follow SOPs and quality guidelines

👤 What We’re Looking For:

Experience using warehouse systems/ERP software

Confident with shipment documentation & label printing

Accurate with data entry and record-keeping

Collaborative with packing/logistics teams and supervisors

Forklift licence preferred

🕓 Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

38 hours/week
