Help people live more independently — one delivery at a time.

DoAbility has been helping older Australians, people living with disability, and children with additional needs live more independent and happier lives for over 23 years.

We’re more than a retailer, we’re a trusted partner to health professionals, carers, and families who rely on us to deliver the right equipment, on time, and in perfect condition.

We’re looking for a hands-on Equipment Delivery & Support Technician to join our growing team.

You’ll go beyond basic deliveries — setting up, demonstrating, and collecting a wide range of mobility, rehab, and homecare equipment across Melbourne and regional areas.

What you’ll do

Safely deliver, install, and collect mobility and care equipment for clients, therapists, and care facilities.

Assemble and adjust items such as beds, hoists, wheelchairs, and daily living aids.

Inspect, clean, and test equipment to ensure it’s safe, functional, and ready for reuse.

Work closely with our warehouse and showroom teams to coordinate orders and stock movements.

Provide friendly, respectful customer service to clients and carers in homes and care environments.

Keep accurate delivery records and report any service, repair, or product issues.

What you’ll bring

A current driver’s licence (manual preferred).

Hands-on skills and confidence with tools or light assembly work.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.

A practical, calm attitude: you’re comfortable working with clients in aged care, disability, and hospital settings.

Good communication and a professional, helpful approach.

Experience in logistics, healthcare, or equipment handling is valued but not essential, training is provided.

Why you’ll love working with us

Real purpose. Every delivery helps someone live better at home.

Supportive, close-knit team. Work with people who care about doing things right.

Growth potential. Opportunities to develop into servicing, operations, or field coordination roles.

Stable hours & respected brand. Be part of a long-established, growing business.

Apply now to join a team that takes pride in delivering more than just equipment — we deliver independence.
