About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Assistant to join our team at St David Dairy's Fitzroy, Victoria location. This full-time role will see you supporting our warehouse, logistics and production operations, playing a key part in the smooth running of our dairy production and distribution.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the receiving, storage and dispatch of dairy products, ingredients and packaging materials

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move stock and prepare orders

Pick, pack and load customer orders for delivery

Support production activities such as pasteurising, bottling and labelling dairy products

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the production and warehouse areas

Adhere to all health, safety and quality assurance protocols

Provide general administrative support as required

What we're looking for

Forklift or other materials handling equipment licence

Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance practices
