Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and technically minded Technical Support & Production Technician to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines production assembly of off-grid energy systems with frontline technical support for customers and OEM partners. You will assist in building and wiring Victron-based systems while also responding to technical enquiries, helping customers with troubleshooting, and supporting our service and RMA process. Strong phone communication skills and an understanding of off-grid systems are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to OEM clients and end customers via phone, email, and in-person consultations.

Assist with system design, including wiring diagrams and technical drawings for off-grid solutions.

Collaborate with manufacturers during system installations and resolve technical issues.

Diagnose and troubleshoot off-grid power systems, including Victron Energy products.

Maintain accurate technical documentation and reports.

Assemble and wire off-grid and caravan-based energy systems using Victron Energy components.

Provide feedback to the engineering team to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Strong technical knowledge of Victron Energy products and off-grid power systems.

Experience designing electrical systems with wiring diagrams and technical schematics.

Hands-on experience with caravan, industrial, or commercial electrical systems.

Proven experience providing technical support to OEMs and end users.

Electrical or electronic trade qualification preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Full Australian driver's licence.
