With a strong focus on growth and sustainability, we work with some of Australia's most well-known retail partners. We are currently seeking an experienced National Accounts Administrator to manage and nurture our relationships with key national retailers.

Role Overview:
As a National Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Account Management team. You will assist with client communication, project coordination, and ensuring the smooth execution of client deliverables. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in account management and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and management of client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Support the Account Manager in creating and executing strategies to meet client goals
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track
• Track and report on key account metrics and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met across various departments
• Assist with contract renewals, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• A passion for providing excellent client service and developing professional relationships
