Are you passionate about creating meaningful partnerships, making positive community impact, and engaging authentically? The District Council of Tumby Bay is seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Partnerships Officer to develop and lead initiatives that strengthens local capacity, supports community-led projects, activates volunteerism, and promotes tourism and economic development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organisations and stakeholders.
- Support coordination of community-led projects and support grant writing.
- Lead volunteer management and youth engagement initiatives.
- Promote tourism and economic opportunities across the district.
- Contribute to Council’s planning and communications.

What You’ll Bring:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Be a genuine enabler of community and stakeholders.
- Experience in community/stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and grant writing.
- Knowledge of local government operations and community development.
- Current Driver’s Licence and relevant clearances.
