About the role:

This is a hands-on Property Manager position where you’ll oversee a small portfolio, ensure seamless operations, and contribute to business growth. You’ll be across the full property cycle with the support of a collaborative leadership team.

• Manage guest communications, bookings & property care
• Oversee maintenance, urgent repairs & contractor coordination
• Build strong owner relationships & maximise returns
• Support operations including cleaners & property setups
• Identify new business opportunities & grow the portfolio
• Once the portfolio grows, hire your own assistant!

About you:

• At-least 12 months experience in property management
• Positive, can-do attitude with strong initiative
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• Ability to coordinate contractors & maintain high standards
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate & driver’s license a must
