About the Company/Role:

• Our client, a Global Pharmaceutical Organization and a leader in their field, require the assistance of Evolve Scientific Recruitment to source a Project Engineer to support the Project Managers and Senior Project Engineers working on major site projects
• 8-month contract with potential for extension
• Based in SE suburbs of Melbourne
• Immediate start

Duties:

• Ensuring that all project related activities such as maintenance, calibration and validation comply with safety and GMP regulatory standards
• Supporting the design and implementation of the project in regard to equipment, facilities and services
• Supporting qualification of equipment on manufacturing floor
• Assisting with the maintenance of documentation
• Assisting with the technical design and implementation of projects
• Overseeing procurement of equipment, facilities and services

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Demonstrated engineering experience within pharmaceutical or food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge in Pharmaceutical Qualification and Validation for equipment/facility/utilities is desirable as well as some Project management skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Prefer including MS Project
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
