About the role

As a Gaming Attendant at the Malvernvale Hotel, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the gaming floor. This full-time role within our Hospitality & Tourism, Gaming business is based in Malvern VIC 3144.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with gaming machine operations and responding to customer inquiries

Conducting regular checks and maintenance of gaming machines to ensure proper functionality

Adhering to all relevant gaming regulations and internal policies

Maintaining a clean and organised gaming floor environment

Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive gaming experience for all patrons

Accurately handling cash and performing gaming-related financial transactions

Collaborating with the broader hotel team to ensure seamless operations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or gaming attendant role, preferably in the hospitality industry

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a welcoming and engaging experience for guests

Familiarity with gaming machine operations and relevant gaming regulations

Excellent cash handling and financial transaction skills

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
