Key Responsibilities

As our Webflow Developer, you will take full technical ownership of Cybertify’s web presence, building and maintaining a world-class Webflow sites that reflects our high standards of precision, performance, and design quality.

Webflow Development

Build and maintain all website pages directly in Webflow to exact brand and visual specifications.

Convert bespoke Figma designs into fully functional, pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow builds.

Develop high-performance, globally compliant websites with optimal structure, accessibility, and speed.

Implement advanced interactions, Lottie animations, parallax and scroll-based effects, and micro-interactions.

Build dynamic CMS structures for services, blogs, events, and case studies.

Ensure seamless HubSpot form integrations, dynamic content feeds, redirects, and automation triggers.

Build and optimise dedicated event pages, gated content, and campaign landing pages.

Implement global component systems, reusable collections, and scalable page templates.

Optimise site speed, mobile responsiveness, and browser compatibility.

Maintain consistent performance and reliability across all pages and environments.

Campaign & Marketing Enablement

Deploy dedicated Webflow pages for paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube.

Implement conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag).

Update and optimise site sections in alignment with ongoing marketing initiatives.

Collaborate closely with Marketing and the CMO to ensure all campaigns are live-ready and technically precise.

SEO, Performance & Analytics

Configure advanced SEO schema, meta tags, and on-page optimisation for each section.

Manage indexing, redirects, 404s, and page-level metadata using Webflow CMS logic.

Run and maintain Google Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and performance audits.

Continuously improve site structure for scalability, accessibility, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 10 completed Webflow websites, developed end-to-end (portfolio required).

Proven experience building custom Webflow sites from scratch (no templates).

Expert knowledge of:

CMS collections and conditional logic

Advanced animations and Lottie integrations

Finsweet Attributes, Jetboost, or similar filtering tools

Custom embed scripts, HTML, and CSS within Webflow

Responsive design optimisation and breakpoints

HubSpot or CRM form integrations

Strong grasp of web performance metrics, accessibility, and SEO principles.

Experience creating and maintaining reusable global components and design systems.

Ability to convert complex designs into efficient, production-grade builds with zero functional issues.

Preferred / Nice to Have

Experience with GSAP or custom code animation libraries.

Skilled in Figma for UI design, page layout refinement, and design system maintenance.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, hierarchy, and responsive layout optimisation.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset manipulation.

Understanding of marketing automation workflows and event tracking setups.

Experience in professional services, consulting, or cybersecurity sectors.

Soft Skills

Exceptional attention to detail and perfectionism in execution.

Self-managed, fast, and disciplined with version control and QA habits.

Strong communication and accountability — able to justify technical decisions clearly.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
