The Role:
As a Principal Consultant, you will be partnering with a high performing and positive team of experienced nursing recruiters, specialising in contract remote area nursing and mental health throughout Australia. You will spearhead the development of all client relationships, both existing and prospect, across public and private healthcare, leveraging off our preferred supplier status, along with developing new client relationships in these specialities, Australia wide.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven principal consultant to nurture business relationships and be an integral part of the growth of our contract nursing team.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment services for the placement of clinically qualified and compliant nurses for our client’s staffing requirement/s.
Establish a proactive and professional relationship with all clients to ensure the recruitment process is delivered efficiently.
Develop a strategic market map of target clients across Mental Health and Remote Area Nursing.
Business and relationship development with existing, prospective and lapsed public and private healthcare clients across Australia.
Research and fully immerse yourself into your healthcare niche – Remote Area Nursing and Mental Health Nursing. You will be a knowledge expert in your field!
Maintain a recruitment service that is second to none for all your stakeholders

An experienced and successful recruiter with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Knowledgeable of recruiting in the Healthcare/Medical sector – in particular nursing
Australian Citizen/ Permanent Resident, eligible to work full time in Australia with no work restrictions
