One of the trade-offs of having a young team is that we are continuously procreating at Woodards South Yarra (not with each other by the way). Whilst Edward and I have managed to cover each other in Sales, we aren't qualified to be able to take over from Jaz in Property Management as she heads off to create a human life. What a great reason to be looking for someone to join our team here in South Yarra. Obviously, we'd love someone to stay long-term, but this could also by a great way to learn about the Woodards network and find a position at another office once Jaz returns from leave. Alternatively, there might be someone out there that loves leading and managing teams, but has other plans for their future and just needs a place to hang their hat for six to twelve months.
We are looking for someone that has run property management teams or their own business before, has the experience in managing portfolios, compliance and dispute resolution necessary to not just maintain the teams performance, but drive it forward in our fearless leaders absence. Continuity and stability are important to us, but change is inevitable and we need to ensure we have the right people to help keep our business growing in our fearless leaders absence. Most looking for roles like this are just as intentional in their approach as we will be, and we can't wait to meet some great people along the way.

What we don't want is someone who just wants to mark time while they are here. Life is short, and that sort of apathy for the days and weeks slipping through our fingers doesn't work for us.
Leading and managing teams isn't easy, and to do so on a short-term basis is even more of a challenge. Someone with proven leadership capabilities, strong decision making skills for complex property management issues and the ability to connect quickly with our team and our clients are all on our wish-list.
