A very rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Property Manager to join this well known real estate / property team for a maternity leave contract.

Based in a beautiful part of Melbourne's Inner CBD (Toorak Area), this role is based in gorgeous corporate offices.

The culture provided is second to none with property manager's really looked after by management, ensuring a great office environment with plenty of support within the team, headed up by a fantastic and generous Department Manager.

The role will oversee the management of a very prestigeous portfolio and is highly relationship based, so would be ideal for those property manager's who love the client side of property management, particular as many of the clients are high-net-worth.

The position is a maternity leave one, so would be ideal for those not looking for a long term committment or would like some flexibility within the role - flexible hours will be offered should the successful candidate require this. More important to the team, is getting the best possible candidate to oversee this prestigious portfolio, with the relevant experience to match. The portfolio has been immaculately managed by the current manager.

The position will join a great, experienced and friendly property management team, who provide events and catch ups throughout the year. With learning and development forming a big part of the office culture, as well as the wider network, this company provides opportunity.

The property managers are provided with plenty of support, from Leasing Consultants, Assistant Property Manager's and VA's and the role is offered Monday to Friday, with no Saturday's required. Should the candidate be looking for shorter hours Monday to Friday, this will be considered too.

The Property Management Department of 7 is headed up by a great Department Manager, always ready to assist and promote the team.

The ideal candidate will come from a minimum of 3 to 4 years property management experience, knowledge of high end portfolios and ready for their next career move with a genuinely lovely office and team.
