Your new role

This role is central to enabling strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You'll be responsible for month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial models.
Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare monthly financial reports and commentary for senior leadership and the board.
• Analyse financial data and trends to guide strategic decisions.
• Develop financial models and forecasts aligned with organisational goals.
• Maintain and report insights from the ABC model.
• Assist with payroll processing and annual reconciliations.
• Monitor investments and explore new opportunities.
• Oversee asset management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years' experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• CA/CPA qualification.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High attention to detail and business acumen.
• Experience with Australian Accounting Standards.
