The Role
We are currently seeking female Casual Support Workers and Enrolled Nurses to join our team across the Gold Coast. This role includes personal care, health support, daily living assistance, community access, and light household duties

The requirement for female staff is in line with participant preferences and personal care needs under the Equal Opportunity Act.

Shifts available:

Mornings

Afternoons

Active nights

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support

Assist with personal care, medication, meal prep, and documentation

Support daily routines and community access

Maintain a clean and safe environment

Follow guidance from management and health professionals

What We're Looking For

Cert III in Disability or higher (preferred)

Experience supporting individuals with seizures (preferred)

Training and clinical support provided

Clear written and spoken English

Reliability and punctuality

Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & Blue Card

Open driver's licence and reliable transport

Minimum of 2+ years experience in disability support work is required

Ideal Traits

Calm, compassionate, and adaptable

Willing to assist with household upkeep

Team player with a strong work ethic
