We’re currently seeking Disability Support Workers, Registered and Enrolled Nurses, who share our commitment to making a real difference. If you are hands-on, empathetic, and motivated to create positive outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with participant goals and care plans.

Support participants to build independence, confidence, and life skills.

Maintain accurate and timely records and reporting using provided digital tools

About the Roles

We are currently recruiting for:

Disability Support Workers

Registered & Enrolled Nurses

You will have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including:

1–4 hour community nursing shifts (possibility to be compounded to be a full or half day)

2 hour personal care shifts

12 hour overnight shifts

Weekday, afternoon, weekend, and sleepover shifts

You’ll be working in a range of environments, including client homes, community settings, and respite care.

What you’ll need

Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or be able to obtain)

AHPRA registration (for nurses)

Cert in Disability, Community, or Aged Care (for support roles)

Blue & Yellow card or able to obtain
