Employer Bio
Ninedots is an independent advisory business supporting clients through the full lifecycle of their new home build. Headquartered in Geelong, operating nationally, and preparing to establish a US presence, the business supports clients across the full journey - from land acquisition and builder selection through to quoting, contract review, and construction oversight. Known for its hands-on approach, trusted advocacy model, and consistent demand, Ninedots operates at the intersection of project management, client care, and strategic negotiation. The organisation combines regional agility with well-developed systems, offering an experience that is personal, responsive, and commercially sharp.
The Job
With the Directors (Managing Director and Head of Construction) planning to spend 18 months in the United States from late 2025 to expand operations, a newly created Build Advocate opportunity has emerged for a capable operator to step into a key role overseeing the client portfolio from the Geelong headquarters. This Build Advocate position centres on guiding clients through every stage of their new home journey - reviewing quotes and contracts, preparing summary notes, coordinating inspections, liaising with builders and inspectors, and ensuring projects keep moving with clarity and confidence. The role also carries a commercial edge. You’ll generate leads, respond to inbound and referred enquiries, convert leads into engaged services, and nurture referral networks with brokers, conveyancers, and land estate agents. You’ll also represent the business and attend networking events, build industry connections, and contribute to maintaining a visible, trusted presence. Your focus will span both client advocacy and business growth, ensuring every engagement is well supported and commercially impactful. To set you up for success, the first few weeks will include close mentoring with the Managing Director, sharpening your capability across client delivery and sales. Over time, there’s scope to step into senior opportunities, supporting regional expansion, mentoring future consultants, or aligning with the business’s franchise growth model.
Benefits On Offer
- $65K–$70K base salary + super + quarterly commission/ bonuses (OTE circa $90K - $110K)
- Monday to Friday only - no weekend work!
- Structured mentoring and training in your first few weeks and ongoing
- Clear performance pathway into senior advocacy or franchise opportunities
- Professional office environment in North Geelong with CRM and systems in place
Culture Snapshot
Ninedots is a values-led business with a clear sense of purpose. It’s a workplace for people who take ownership, deliver with care, and see the bigger picture. Autonomy is respected, initiative is rewarded, and those with a growth mindset will find genuine opportunities to shape their career here.
