About the Role
This Internal Sales Representative position offers a dynamic, varied role at the heart of the sales process. Acting as a key point of contact, you’ll manage inbound enquiries, follow up on business development opportunities, prepare quotes, and process orders with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll collaborate with external sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

We’re seeking a proactive, customer-focused individual with knowledge of the steel industry, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple priorities while keeping service standards high.

What You’ll Be Doing

Taking customer enquiries over phone and email and giving accurate information on pricing, products, and lead times

Preparing quotes and processing orders promptly and correctly

Building rapport with customers and keeping relationships strong

Inbound/Outbound calls creating new relationships and maintaining existing

Working with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any order issues

Monitoring stock availability and advising clients accordingly

Supporting the external sales team with follow-ups and customer communication

Keeping CRM records up to date and accurate

Contributing to a team culture built on service, reliability, and professionalism

Salary and Benefits

Base $80 - $85k | Super 12% | Bonus
