About The Role

We require a skillful Sous chef to grow with our team and take ownership of their own role. Your extensive experience in hospitality and knowledge of cuisine will flow through to our events.

Wednesday to Sunday roster may change to suit business requirements.

Banquet and Wedding Events prep work

Excellent Cookery Skills with a Sound Knowledge of all Food Preparation

Cuisine Knowledge Modern European

Effective Problem Solving Skills

Excellent Communication Skills

Experience and skills required

Proven history working in similar venues

Proven kitchen management or extensive experience in operations

Time Management

Clean and organised work ethic

Kitchen training

Professional presentation

Friendly and honest personality

Friendly and excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition towards to all departments.

Sound knowledge of Ala carte and banquet operations.
