What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced café or restaurant

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently

A passion for high-quality, seasonal ingredients and beautifully presented food

Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills

Someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and loves building things from the ground up

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and support team management.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and quality
