We're on the hunt for a passionate Sous Chef to join our team at one of the Peel Regions well respected venues. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy, fast-paced kitchen where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality meals while leading the brigade with energy and professionalism.

What you'll be doing:

Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

Lead and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff

Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes

Manage ordering, stock control, and wastage

Uphold food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume venue

Strong leadership and team development skills

A passion for creating quality food under pressure

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and nights
