We are passionate about food, wine, and genuine hospitality — and we’re looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

About the Role
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef to lead day-to-day kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role in a busy, modern kitchen where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, supporting menu development, and ensuring smooth service across lunch, dinner, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee kitchen operations in collaboration with the Head Chef

Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and professional culture

Assist with menu planning, specials, and seasonal updates

Ensure consistent quality, portioning, and presentation of dishes

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance

Support stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships

About You
We are looking for someone with:

Previous experience in a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie role

A passion for food and creative flair with seasonal ingredients

Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt during busy services

Strong leadership and communication skills

A team-first approach and willingness to support colleagues

A genuine interest in delivering memorable dining experiences
