We’re building something special at Aambra, a brand-new fine dining restaurant set inside a restored heritage church in Rose Bay, opening November 2025. Aambra will showcase bold Levantine flavours, storytelling through food, and unforgettable dining experiences.

We’re now on the lookout for passionate kitchen professionals at all levels to join our opening team — from Sous Chefs to Commis Chefs, and everything in between.
