Support our Managing Director to scale Australia's premier Sports Nutrition Accreditation body from 850 to 10,000 members. Last year, our members impacted 25,000+ lives - this year, with major national projects launching and US expansion ahead, we need someone exceptional to drive our next growth phase.

We're the professional body setting standards for sports nutritionists globally. Our lean team of 8 is achieving remarkable results - consistent year-on-year growth since 2017, partnerships with industry leaders, and a clear mission: protect the public, empower our profession, improve the industry. This isn't just an EA role - it's your pathway to Operations Management within 18 months.

The Role

Drive project management across all SNA initiatives (education, events, partnerships, expansion)

Be the MD's right hand for operational supervision and execution

Support member & student success through daily inbox management and enrolment coordination

Leverage AI tools and automation to maximise our efficiency and impact

Access to operations management progression plan, mentored by managing director

About You

2+ years experience in project support and customer service (property management experience highly regarded)

Exceptionally resourceful - you see challenges as opportunities to innovate

Outstanding organisational skills - managing multiple projects simultaneously

Growth-minded professional seeking a career trajectory, not just a role

Tech-savvy with strong interest in AI and productivity tools, completely across google work suite, & other digital & social platforms.
