Runaway Bay Seagulls Leagues Club is seeking the skills of a highly motivated qualified casual chef /cook with wood fire pizza experience preferably.

We are now offering an experienced chef/cook an opportunity to join our team. You will need commercial cooking experience and/or a passion for cooking.

You will be responsible for:

preparing our menu items according to recipe

preparation of daily specials

producing high product quality to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

meeting our hygiene and food safety standards

ensuring the efficient & effective use of products & ingredients

working with our current head chef and maintaining a well organised kitchen from preparation to cooking to cleaning.
